The entire topic of AI fascinates me, and I do believe the future belongs to businesses that combine the lightning efficiency of AI with the integrity and emotional intelligence of human communication to build trust and loyalty.

When AI first entered the workplace, I was fascinated by what it could do.

Like many people, I saw the efficiency, the speed, and the potential. But I also noticed something else. Whilst businesses were beginning to communicate faster than ever before, many were unintentionally sounding less human. People were switching off and seeking a more local, human connection.

I believe in synergy, and AI is an amazing tool that definitely amplifies what you can achieve. I help organisations ensure that their AI still sounds natural and receptive, building trust and aligning their business with their customers' expectations.

After more than twenty years working in communication-focused roles, including professional voice work, sales, operations, healthcare, technology, and adult education, I saw a pattern and recognised a recurring issue. Technically, the words were often correct, but the connection was missing.

That's why I created AINC (AI Naturalisation Consultancy).

AINC is a bespoke consultancy, not an agency. I work directly with businesses to refine AI-generated communication, strengthen customer engagement, and help technology communicate with a warmer, more natural human voice.
